Whether you need PE-stamped structural drawings for a permit, a forensic investigation for an insurance claim, or engineering support for a residential or commercial project, our team is prepared to assist. Complete the project intake form below and we will respond within one business day. You may also call us directly or schedule a consultation to discuss your project requirements.
1. We Review Your Project Details
Our team reviews your submission within one business day. If additional information is required, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss your project scope and requirements.
2. You Receive a Clear Proposal
We prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverable timeline, and fee. You will know exactly what you are receiving and what it costs before any work begins. No ambiguity, no hidden charges.
3. We Deliver the Engineering
Once the proposal is accepted, our team completes the structural analysis, produces PE-sealed drawings, and delivers your permit-ready package. If your project requires coordination with the building department, we handle that as well.
Whether you are a homeowner facing foundation concerns, a contractor waiting on stamped plans, or an architect coordinating a commercial buildout, these are the questions we hear most — and the answers that will help you take the next step.
The more details you can provide upfront, the faster we can deliver an accurate proposal. At minimum, we need the project address, a description of what you are looking to accomplish, and your desired timeline. If available, existing site surveys, architectural drawings, foundation reports, or photographs of the project area will allow us to assess the scope during our first conversation rather than scheduling a separate follow-up.
We respond to all intake form submissions within one business day. For straightforward projects — such as load-bearing wall removal or residential permit drawings — we can typically deliver a proposal within that initial response. For larger or more complex projects, we may schedule a brief phone call or site visit before issuing a formal scope and fee.
Initial phone and email consultations to discuss your project scope, determine which services apply, and provide a ballpark estimate are provided at no charge. If a site visit is required before we can produce an accurate proposal, we will let you know in advance whether there is a fee associated with that visit.
Once you accept a proposal, we issue a contract outlining the scope of work, payment terms, and project timeline. Upon execution of the contract, we begin engineering immediately. You will receive progress updates at key milestones, and our team remains available by phone and email throughout the project for any questions or coordination needs.
Yes. Our intake form includes a file upload field that accepts PDF, JPG, and PNG files up to 25 MB. You can upload site surveys, existing drawings, foundation reports, violation notices, or photographs of the project area. If your files exceed 25 MB or you have a large set of documents, we will provide a shared folder link after your initial submission.
